Our Meetings
AT THE VANDERBILT PLANETARIUM
We meet every Wednesday night at 8:00 PM at the Vanderbilt
Planetarium, 180 Little Neck Road, Centerport, NY.
We welcome everyone. You do not need to be a member of the club in
order to attend our meetings. You do not have to own a telescope or have any previous experience in
astronomy or astronomical observing. We love helping people new to our hobby and we are happy to talk about
what you might want to do to begin observing.
ON ZOOM
During the Covid Pandemic, our club switched to virtual meetings on
Zoom. We will continue to broadcast our meetings on Zoom as we renew
our in-person meetings. If you would like to attend our meetings from
home, with Zoom, please click on the “Contact Us” link and fill out the form
with youyr request and we will send you the link to our meetings online.
You do not need to be a member in order to attend our meetings with
Zoom.
